- How does online bill pay work? When you click on the online bill pay button above, you will be taken to a secure payment site called PaySimple. You will enter your information and can pay your bill using a Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or a check.
- Is online bill pay secure? Yes, we have a service called Pay Simple that provides a secure server for your bill payment. Fewer people see your account information than with paper checks and mailed payments.
- Can I make a one-time payment? Yes, you may make a one time payment. The payment can be your bill in full or a partial payment. You also have the option to sign up for automatic bill pay or a payment plan.
- Can I sign up for a Payment Plan? Yes, you have two options. You will have the option to choose between recurring bill payment and a payment plan. For a Payment Plan, the balance due is divided equally over a selected number of months to be automatically deducted from your account or credit card each month.
- What is the Recurring Bill Payment option? In Recurring Bill Payment, you select the dollar amount to be debited from your account / credit card each month.
- What is the difference in Recurring Bill Payment and a Payment Plan? For a Recurring Bill Payment, you select the dollar amount to be debited from your bank account or credit card each month. For a Payment Plan, the balance due is divided equally over a selected number of months to be automatically deducted from your account or credit card each month.
- Which clinics or physicians can I pay using online bill pay? You can pay any MANA Clinic bill including the Breast Center, Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic, FirstCare Family Doctors, Fountain Plaza Clinic, Health Services (Testing), MediServe Walk-In Clinic, Ozark Urology and Renaissance Women's Healthcare by clicking on the "Pay Your Bill" button. To pay a Pediatric Clinic bill, click on thet "Pediatric Clinic Pay Your Bill" button above. If you are unsure if your physician is part of MANA, click here.
- Can I change the amount of my payment on my payment plan? If you are signed up for a voluntary payment plan you may call a patient billing advocate during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding major holidays, at (479) 571-5370 and change your payment amount.
- What if I forgot my password and need to login? Please call (479) 571-5370 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding major holidays) to speak to a patient billing advocate who can assist you to reset your password.
