Pulmonary Medicine is the study of diseases of the lung. The clinic's
doctors specialize in treating such lung diseases as asthma,
COPD, cancers of the lung, and various infections of the lung.
They also
perform bronchoscopies to visualize disease processes.
Pulmonologists are also board certified in Critical Care Medicine.
Critical Care Medicine involves the treatment of critically ill
patients
in the intensive care unit.
Pulmonary testing and screening including spirometry
and lung volume tests are available in the clinic. MANA's
Asthma Clinic provides a comprehensive approach to Asthma using
pulmonologists' and allergist's expertise as well as the latest
diagnostic testing and asthma education.
