Walk-In Clinic
If you are sick and need to be seen, we offer a walk-in clinic every weekday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and now on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Patients can walk in and see one of our doctors or providers for minor illnesses and injuries - no appointment necessary! This service is for new and established patients.
After Hours
The clinic telephone is answered by our staff Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you are sick and need to be seen, visit our walk-in clinic open 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. After office hours, for urgent care, our provider can be paged through the switchboard at Washington Regional Medical Center at (479) 713-1000. PLEASE CALL 911 FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.
Our providers can offer advice but cannot diagnose illness or call in prescriptions based upon telephone conversations. We ask that you request an appointment for the best care possible.
Prescriptions
A patient must have an appointment for a new prescription medication. Authorization for prescription renewals should be requested during regular office hours. Patients should call their pharmacist for refill requests. The pharmacy will call us to request authorization. Please allow 72 hours for refill authorizations. Prescriptions requiring prior authorizations will take considerably more than 72 hours. > Request a refill
