Paula Maxwell, RN
Paula was instrumental in the formation of MANA in 1999.
Paula is a registered nurse and has over 20 years of experience
in the medical field. As Chief Operations Officer, Paula directs administrative services
and human resources. She oversees physician recruitment, employee
recruitment, and marketing and public relations.
As a nurse, Paula worked as the head RN at a burn center at
the Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She
presented several abstracts and papers at national burn conferences
and co-authored an instructional video for burn victims and
their families in an effort to improve the quality of medical
care and for burn victims. Paula relocated to Northwest Arkansas
and was the Director of Patient Care at Fayetteville Diagnostic
Clinic.
Paula's professional associations include the
Medical Group Management Association, Society for Human Resource
Management, North Arkansas Human Resource Society, and American
Society of Training and Development. In the community Paula
is a Leadership Fayetteville graduate and has served on the
Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce and the LifeStyles board. |
