MediServe Walk-In Clinics offer patients convenient care with extended hours seven days a week at two locations. When your primary doctor's office is closed, MediServe is a less expensive, convenient care alternative to the emergency room.

Insurance As an Urgent Care Clinic, MediServe is recognized by Aetna, AMCO, BCBS, United Healthcare, QualChoice, & Tyson and we can file with these plans. Patients with other insurance plans will be provided forms to self-file.

As an urgent care clinic, MediServe is not able to treat Medicare, Medicaid or Champus patients.

Notice to Medicare Beneficiaries:

MediServe physicians are not participating providers in the Medicare program. This means that they cannot provide services for patients covered by either traditional Medicare Part B insurance or Medicare replacement insurance plans. Please inform our staff if you have Medicare Part B insurance coverage or a Medicare replacement plan so they may redirect you to another facility where medical care may be provided. 

Notice to Medicaid & ARKids First:

MediServe physicians are not participating providers in the Medicaid or ARKids First programs, but they are allowed to see these patients. However, the patient will be responsible for payment at time of service and will not be able to self-file. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
