Coordinated Care
Each week, Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic Pulmonary Medicine physicians and providers voluntarily participate in an early morning Lung Conference with other medical specialists like oncologists and surgeons. The group of physicians and providers discuss new lung disease cases and the best treatment recommendations. This type of discussion and teamwork helps coordinate the best quality care for patients in Northwest Arkansas.
Hospital Care
Drs. Kyle Hardy, Gary Templeton, Michael Eckles, Edward Jackson, Allen Moseley, Lindsey Barnes, and Nathan Tobey are on staff and provide Pulmonary and Critical Care at Washington Regional Medical Center‘s Critical Care Unit (CCU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Neurology Intensive Care Unit.

24/7 Care
If you have an acute medical problem that cannot wait until the next business day, MANA has Urgent Care Clinics. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.
Prescription Refills
Patients who take critical prescription medications are advised to maintain regular lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please ask your doctor to write refills for any medications you anticipate needing at your office visit.
Patients who have been seen by the doctor at appropriate intervals may call for refills on some prescriptions (antibiotics excluded). The fastest way to request a refill is through your pharmacy, the myMANA health portal, or the Healow app. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests. Requests received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed within the next two business days. Refills are done Monday through Friday.
Patients who use a mail-order pharmacy will need to notify their provider with the name of the pharmacy and request a 90-day supply when applicable. If the provider is unable to send in an electronic refill, the office will contact the patient.
Financial Policy
We accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Payment for copays, coinsurance, and deductible is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover).
