Physicians & Providers

Our doctors are active staff members at Washington Regional Medical Center (WRMC) in Fayetteville, Arkansas. WRMC has a hospitalist who provides in-patient care in close communication with your physician. We remain in contact with the hospitalist during hospitalization to provide continuity of care. After you are discharged, we will provide your follow-up care.

As a MANA clinic, MANA Family Medicine Har-Ber is part of a network of healthcare specialists that includes a wide range of specialties and top-of-the-line healthcare technology. You can also use myMANA, our secure patient portal, to make appointments, request prescription refills, check your healthcare records, and contact your doctor — all online, at your convenience.

MANA Family Medicine is committed to providing the best healthcare for you and your family at all stages of life. With a family doctor, you and all your family can see one doctor, now and in the future. Establishing an ongoing doctor-patient relationship with your healthcare provider has many benefits.

We accept many insurance plans and self-pay. You can also pay your bill online. See our Insurance Guide. MANA Family Medicine participates in Primary Care First.

24/7 Care

If you have an acute medical problem that cannot wait until the clinic is open, MANA has Urgent Care Clinics. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.

Prescription Refills

Patients who take critical prescription medications are advised to maintain regular lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please ask your doctor to write refills for any medications you anticipate needing at your office visit.

Patients who have been seen by the doctor at appropriate intervals may call for refills on some prescriptions (antibiotics excluded). The fastest way to request a refill is through your pharmacy, the myMANA health portal, or the Healow app. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests. Requests received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed within the next two business days. Refills are done Monday through Friday.

Patients who use a mail-order pharmacy will need to notify their provider with the name of the pharmacy and request a 90-day supply when applicable. If the provider is unable to send in an electronic refill, the office will contact the patient.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. To request your medical records, download a record release form and return it to our office.

Financial Policy

We accept most major insurance plans. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Payment for copays, coinsurance, and deductible is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover).

MANA Family Medicine participates in Medicare programs: Primary Care First and Caravan Accountable Care Organization.
