Physicians & Providers

Our doctors are active staff members at Washington Regional Medical Center (WRMC) in Fayetteville, Arkansas. WRMC has a hospitalist who provides in-patient care in close communication with your physician. We remain in contact with the hospitalist during hospitalization to provide continuity of care. After you are discharged, we will provide your follow-up hospital care.

We are open and here for you! Watch our video to learn more about the safety measures we have implemented at South and Elkins, including separated well and sick care, and what to expect on your next visit.

MANA Family Medicine South is part of the Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) network, so you will have access to the best in medical specialists and medical technology. Our myMANA online portal provides you with secure access to your medical records and lets you make an appointment, request a refill for your prescription, or send a message to your doctor, all from your computer or smartphone.

At MANA Family Medicine South, you will have a family doctor who can provide comprehensive medical care for you and your family at all stages of life. We recommend that you make an appointment for a wellness visit so your doctor will have a baseline for you when you need acute care.

Prescription Refills

Patients who take critical prescription medications are advised to maintain regular lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please ask your doctor to write refills for any medications you anticipate needing at your office visit.

Patients who have been seen by the doctor at appropriate intervals may call for refills on some prescriptions (antibiotics excluded). The fastest way to request a refill is through your pharmacy, the myMANA health portal, or the Healow app. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests. Requests received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed within the next two business days. Refills are done Monday through Friday.

Patients who use a mail-order pharmacy will need to notify their provider with the name of the pharmacy and request a 90-day supply when applicable. If the provider is unable to send in an electronic refill, the office will contact the patient.

Medical Records

A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. To request your medical records, download a record release form and return it to our office.

We accept most major insurance plans. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Payment for copays, coinsurance, and deductible is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover).
