Sometimes you can’t plan ahead for medical care. MANA Urgent Care provides quality care when you have unforeseen medical needs.

MANA Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic offers you convenient medical care 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 7 days a week at 2 locations in Fayetteville. Please be aware the last patient is accepted at 6:30 p.m. 

Named the Best Urgent Care in Northwest Arkansas by the readers of the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, MANA Urgent Care is staffed by MANA physicians and offers a convenient, less costly alternative to the emergency room when you need medical care fast. We do not charge urgent care fees like other urgent care clinics. The copay and fees are the same as a primary care doctor.

If you are an established MANA patient, MANA Urgent Care physicians will have access to your medical record and health history. MANA is an independent, local physician-owned group committed to providing quality, compassionate care.

No Urgent Care Fees

We do not charge urgent care fees. The copay and fees are the same as a primary care doctor.


Our Urgent Care Clinics are open 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, 7 days a week to care for your family’s unforeseen medical needs. Please be aware the last patient is accepted at 6:30 p.m. 

MANA Urgent Care is open on most holidays closing only for Thanksgiving day, Christmas day and New Year’s day and alternating opening for the following holidays: Easter Wedington Open; Memorial Day College Open; July 4th College Open; Labor Day Wedington Open. 

Financial & Insurance Policy

MANA Urgent Care is in-network with most insurance plans and does not charge an urgent care fee in addition to the visit fee. Our providers see patients without insurance who pay with cash or credit cards, and patients with original Medicare* who are established with a physician in the MANA network, and children 18 and under with Medicaid or ARKids First.
