COVID-19 Notice: We are temporarily suspending walk-in patients to help minimize the spread of COVID-19 in our community. If your child has Fever >100 AND Cough, please call (479) 442-7322. 

Sometimes your schedule does not fit our schedule. Our walk-in clinics offer convenient care for your sick child– no appointment necessary.

Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics offers walk-in clinics in Fayetteville and Pinnacle Hills that are staffed by board-certified pediatricians and offer extended hours.


Starting Monday, June 22, we will be resuming our after-hours clinic at Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics in Fayetteville, by appointment only. For your convenience, we’re offering appointments as late as 7 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 8 am to 11 am. 

Our walk-in clinic in Fayetteville is staffed from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Our walk-in clinic in Rogers is staffed from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday — Friday.

Typical concerns addressed in our walk-in clinic:

  • Abdominal pain
  • Cough
  • Diarrhea / vomiting
  • Earache
  • Fever
  • Minor cuts
  • Minor eye problems
  • Minor injuries
  • Rashes
  • Sore throat
  • Urinary tract infection

Chronic conditions and behavior problems are not addressed in our walk-in clinic. Please call (479) 442-7322 to make an appointment for those concerns.
