Marie Jones is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at MANA Family Medicine in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Marie was a nurse at a MANA partner clinic, Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic, for several years and practiced at the Ozark Senior Center. Marie is an experienced nurse and we are proud to have her on our care team!
Marie is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner (AGNP). Gerontology is the study of the psychological, social, and biological effects of aging. Unlike geriatrics, which focuses on the diagnoses, care, and treatment for diseases and conditions associated with old age, gerontology examines all aspects of aging.
Marie grew up in Van Buren, Arkansas and moved to Fayetteville in 2009. Her hobbies include hiking, backpacking, biking, gardening, watching the Razorbacks, and spending time with her husband, Mike, and dog, Winston.
