Dr. Michael May has joined MANA Family Medicine South. He is a member of the American Medical Society and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Prior to joining MANA, Dr. May completed a residency in Pine Bluff and worked as an ER physician in DeWitt, Arkansas. He earned both an undergraduate and a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Arkansas, before deciding to pursue medical school. During his time in Fayetteville, Dr. May served as a State 4-H Officer and was an active member of FarmHouse Fraternity. In addition, he volunteered with the Northwest Arkansas Free Clinic (now WelcomeHealth) and as a teaching assistant for Ballroom Dancing at the University of Arkansas. In 2020, he graduated with his Medical Doctorate from UAMS and completed Family Medicine Residency in Pine Bluff. During his residency training, he served as the Residency Didactics Chair.
Dr. May is recently married and is excited to return to Northwest Arkansas. He and his wife look forward to making their home here. In his free time, he enjoys all things Razorback and being outdoors.
