Women are strong. Women are smart. Women solve problems. Women can do anything men can do. And, there are some things we’re even better at – dying of heart disease and stroke. Like breaking barriers? Go Red! And help break the one against heart disease.
Make a Change
According to the American Heart Association, each year, 1 in 3 women die of heart disease and stroke. But we can change that because 80% of cardiac events can be prevented with education and lifestyle changes. Go Red For Women raises funds for lifesaving research that helps save women’s lives. When it comes to beating heart diesease and stroke, change can be the cure. Make a change.
MANA physicians and staff will be participating in National Wear Red Day on Friday, February 6th to increase awareness of heart disease and prevention. For more information or to participate, visit the American Heart Association web page. #GoRed #NWAGoRed #MANAGoRed
