Set up your account
If you had a MyMANA portal account previously, you should receive an email from MANA with your new username and portal link. If you do not receive an email, contact your physician’s office to verify your email address and ask about the portal.
Step 1: Check your email. When your account is activated by your doctor’s office, you will receive an email with your username and a portal link.
Step 2: Click the orange “Set Up Patient Portal” button and you will be taken to a security code screen.* *if you do not see an orange button, download pictures
Step 3: Follow the instructions to receive a code as a voicemail or a text. Enter the verification code.
Step 4: Set up a password and fill out consent forms.
Note: To link a family member’s account, make sure your family member has their portal account set up. Then call (479) 435-2422 to link the accounts. To quickly access your health portal account, click the myMANA link on the MANA homepage, or download the free healow app!
*If you are using an Apple device, bill payment is not supported in Safari browsers at this time. Please use Google Chrome for bill payment.
The Breast Center Patient Portal
The Breast Center offers a separate patient portal to log in to view your mammogram report. You should receive a secure email with your login information when your mammogram report is ready. However, patients can pay their bill from The Breast Center on the myMANA portal. If you have any issues, please contact 479-442-6266.
