Set up your account
If you do not receive an email, contact your physician’s office to verify your email address and ask about the portal.
Step 1: Check your email. When your doctor’s office activates your account, you will receive an email with your username and a portal link.
Step 2: Click the orange “Set Up Patient Portal” button to take you to a security code screen.* *if you do not see an orange button, download pictures
Step 3: Follow the instructions to receive a code as a voicemail or a text. Enter the verification code.
Step 4: Set up a password and fill out consent forms.
Note: To link a family member’s account, make sure your family member has their portal account set up. Then call (479) 435-2422 to link the accounts. To access your health portal account quickly, click the myMANA link on the MANA homepage or download the free healow app!
*If you are using an Apple device, bill payment is not currently supported in Safari browsers. Please use Google Chrome for bill payment.

The Breast Center Patient Portal
The Breast Center offers a separate patient portal where you can log in to view your mammogram report. When your report is ready, you should receive a secure email with your login information. However, patients can pay their bills from The Breast Center on the myMANA portal. If you have any issues, please contact us at 479-442-6266.
