We offer prescription refill requests in a simple format through myMANA!
Authorization for medication prescription renewals may be requested through myMANA health portal or by calling your pharmacist.
- Login to the myMANA Health Portal
- Select Message.
- In the message options, select type of message as “Prescription Refill Request”.
- Select the physician or provider that prescribed the medication to you and the clinic location.
- Receive confirmation of the request by phone or email. Medication refill requests are fulfilled during clinic office hours within two business days.

For new medications, please schedule an appointment. A patient must have an appointment for a new prescription medication.
