Request a Medication Refill

We offer prescription refill requests in a simple format through myMANA!

Authorization for medication prescription renewals may be requested through myMANA health portal or by calling your pharmacist.

1. Login to the myMANA Health Portal
2. Select Message. 
3. In the message options, select type of message as “Prescription Refill Request”.
4. Select the physician or provider that prescribed the medication to you and the clinic location.
5. Receive confirmation of the request by phone or email. Medication refill requests are fulfilled during clinic office hours within two business days.

For new medications, please schedule an appointment. A patient must have an appointment for a new prescription medication.
