New myMANA Health Portal & EHR System Coming in November

In November 2018, MANA physicians and clinics are moving to a unified Electronic Health Record (EHR) system called eClinicalWorks, which includes billing and registration. MANA patients and family members will notice this improvement with a new health portal with expanded features, including a mobile app.

A team of physicians and staff tested several Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems before deciding on eClinicalWorks. The old EHR system was not meeting the needs of the physicians and the population we serve. The new EHR system will offer patients better technology and easier access to their health information.

Our new health portal has an app!

One of the features of the portal we are most excited about is the mobile app! The mobile app is called “healow,” and it is available in the Apple store and Google Play.

More features in one place

The new myMANA Health Portal has more features in one place. You will be able to manage multiple accounts, stay connected with your physician office, view records, and pay your bill in the same, secure health portal. The new health portal is easier to use and offers additional features.

  • Request Appointments
  • Lab Results
  • View Your Records
  • Stay Connected
  • Choose Your Tracker
  • Visit Summary
  • Manage Multiple Accounts
  • Pay Bills
  • Medication Management
  • Appointment Reminders
  • Health Records
  • Forms Available Online
  • Go Paperless
  • Health Reminders

How long will the current portal be available?

The current myMANA portal was active until November 1st. MANA physicians and providers will not add any new information to the old portal after November 1st.  Please check our update page for the most current information.

How do I sign up?

Patients who have a myMANA account will receive an email with instructions for setting up the new health portal account in November. If you do not have a current myMANA account, you will have the option to register at your next appointment.

Please be patient with us as we learn the new system.

Our team is working hard to make the transfer as smooth as possible for our patients. However, registration and other processes may be slower than usual during the transition.

We appreciate your patience with our team as we all learn the new system!
