The myMANA health portal has a new login page and convenient new features to help you access the online tools you use most. As you are probably aware, MANA patients have access to a secure health portal and app called Healow. You can use Healow and the myMANA health portal to communicate with the doctor’s office and connect with our electronic health record system.
The new myMANA Healow login page has direct links to appointment booking, your medical record, and bill pay. You can use these links to access features that required you to log in before. The only feature that requires patients to use their secure log-in is the health record link.
myMANA new look and features
- View your health record: Access your complete health portal to view test results and health records, message your doctor’s office, or complete health forms. Since it is protected health information, this feature does require you to log in using the email address and password. Tip: If you forgot your password or have issues logging in to the myMANA health portal, go ahead and click on “view your health record” and there is a ‘trouble logging in?” button at the bottom right. Book an appointment: Access the new book an appointment feature, no login required! The good news is you do not have to log in and the new book an appointment process allows you to see your provider’s schedule and choose the time that works for your schedule.The bad news is this is not yet available for all MANA providers. However, our patient engagement team is working to set up this feature for more providers each month. - Join a Televisit: Unfortunately, Healow does not allow MANA to customize the menu on the portal. Most MANA providers use different software for Telelvists, so you can ignore the Televisit link here. When you schedule a Televisit with your doctor, you will receive a text with a link to access your scheduled Televisit appointment.
Pay your bill: Enter the unique code on your bill to access bill pay. Then you will enter your credit card or FSA card information to pay a MANA bill for anyone in your family. No login required!
If you do not have the unique code, you can securely enter some personal information to locate your bill.
Download the Healow App
In addition to the myMANA Healow portal, there is a Healow app available in the Apple Store and Google Play. Patients can download the Healow app to access the same features offered in the portal from their iPhone or Android device.
