Inclement Weather
Please check local television stations and MANA social media for announcements regarding clinic closures due to inclement weather. Patients should call the clinic before coming in during inclement weather.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.
24/7 Care
If you have an acute medical problem that cannot wait until the clinic is open, MANA has Urgent Care Clinics. If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call 479.463.1000 and ask to speak to the physician on call.
Prescription Refills
Patients who take critical prescription medications are advised to maintain regular lab and office visits recommended by their doctor. Please ask your doctor to write refills for any medications you anticipate needing at your office visit.
Patients who have been seen by the doctor at appropriate intervals may call for refills on some prescriptions (antibiotics excluded). The fastest way to request a refill is through your pharmacy, the myMANA health portal, or the Healow app. Please allow 48 hours for refill requests. Requests received after 2:00 p.m. will be processed within the next two business days. Refills are done Monday through Friday.
Patients who use a mail-order pharmacy will need to notify their provider with the name of the pharmacy and request a 90-day supply when applicable. If the provider is unable to send in an electronic refill, the office will contact the patient.
Medical Records
A medical request signed by the patient is required to send or release records to anyone. To request your medical records, download a record release form and return it to our office.

We accept most major insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid. You should have your insurance card available at all appointments. Payment for copays, coinsurance, and deductible is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover).

Dr. Henson and his staff are fabulous! We have moved our family over to MANA this year and have started working with Washington Regional for specialty services. If you want great care and customer service, make the switch! You’ll be glad you did!

Dr. Henson is exactly what our community needed. His attention to detail, his willingness to go above and beyond to assist, and last but not least, the compassion he has for others is genuine.
